Halls Fast Motor Freight, Inc. is purchased by the Jayne family
from the estate of Harry Hall. Mr. Hall founded Hall's Fast Motor
Freight in 1927, and it had grown to an operation of 12 tractor
trailers when purchased by the Jayne family.

Hall's Warehouse Corp. is formed to provide storage to its transportation
customers. This is the beginning of a fully integrated transportation
and warehouse company in South Plainfield, NJ.

Hall's Fast Motor Freight grows to 20 trucks, while Hall's Warehouse
Corp. now offers over 200,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Another 175,000 square feet of warehouse space is built.
By the mid 1980s, Hall's begins to refine its warehousing and
transportation services to provide a seamless solution for distribution
in the northeast. Its client profile focuses on food products
and healthcare, which encourages the construction of additional
temperature-controlled facilities.

Hall's Warehouse Corp. installs one of the largest commercial
solar-electric systems in the U.S., generating 1.4 megawatts of
power using 8,000 panels.

Hall's grows to its present 1.7 million square feet of freezer,
refrigerated and ambient space, with a 75-unit fleet.
Being family-owned and asset-based allows Hall's total flexibility
to meet its clients changing needs.

The Hall's Companies are functionally separated into three organizations:
- Halls Warehouse Corp., providing frozen, refrigerated
and dry storage in seven state-of-the-art warehouses in central New
Jersey
- Halls Fast Motor Freight, Inc., a motor carrier operating
75 trucks in the northeast corridor
- Hall's Logistics Corp., a transportation brokerage division
servicing the continental United States
